Important risks
Larply stores account information, billing references, and the dashboard content you create. If you use the service with real brand names, logos, or performance numbers, you are responsible for having the rights to use that material and for presenting it lawfully and honestly. The service also relies on Google, Stripe, Twilio, and hosting providers to operate key features.
Information we collect
- Account details such as your email address, password hash, Google account identifier, and session cookie.
- Billing details such as Stripe customer, subscription, and payment status identifiers.
- Dashboard data you enter or save, including project names, templates, earnings values, graphs, logos, channel names, usernames, and similar content.
- Password reset token hashes, feature suggestions, and technical logs generated when you use the app.
How we use information
- To create and maintain your account, authenticate you, and keep you signed in.
- To save, render, and restore your dashboards and related project data.
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, send password reset emails, and respond to support or feature requests.
- To protect the service from abuse, fraud, and security problems, and to improve the product.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers and processors that help us run Larply, including Google for sign-in, Stripe for billing, Twilio for email delivery, and infrastructure providers that host the application and database. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or systems.
Cookies and similar technology
Larply uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and may use local storage or similar browser storage for theme and interface preferences. We use these tools to make the app function, not for third-party advertising.
Retention and security
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. Passwords are stored as hashes, password reset links are time-limited, and we use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- You can update or delete dashboards from inside the app and can delete your account from the account section.
- You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support.
- If you are in California or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, or limit certain uses of your information.
Children
Larply is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised version here and update the effective date above.
