Important risks
Larply creates simulated dashboards. They can look convincing, so you must not use the service to deceive people, misrepresent revenue, impersonate a real business, or make financial claims you cannot support. You are responsible for your content, your rights to any logos or trademarks you upload, and any legal consequences of how you use the service.
Using Larply
Larply lets you create, edit, save, and share dashboard-style simulations for platforms such as Shopify, YouTube, and TikTok. The service is provided for creative, illustrative, and internal presentation use. It is not financial, accounting, or legal advice, and we do not verify that the numbers or visuals you enter are true.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent, guardian, or the business you represent, and you must be able to enter a binding agreement.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
User content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, store, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, improve, and support Larply. You promise that you have the rights to upload the content you provide and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid plans are processed through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method associated with your selected plan, plus applicable taxes or fees. If you cancel a subscription, access tied to that plan may stop immediately or at the end of the current billing period depending on the plan and account state.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Larply for fraud, deception, harassment, impersonation, or unlawful activity.
- Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.
- Do not try to bypass limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the app or its data.
- Do not submit dashboards as proof of real performance unless they are clearly and lawfully supported by your own records.
Third-party services
Larply depends on services from Google, Stripe, Twilio, and hosting or database providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, delays, or policy changes outside our control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these terms, created legal or security risk, or used the service in a way that could harm Larply or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and can delete your account through the app.
Disclaimers
Larply is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larply and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose, or $100 if you have not paid anything.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Continued use of Larply after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
